For this example, we will focus on the process of booking an upland hunt, although all of the payments available on this site work similarly.
1) Browse through the payment types in the area which interests you. In this example, because we want to book an upland hunt, we will look on the column to the left and select "DelMar Preserve Payments".
2) This will open a new screen which shows all of the options you may currently purchase for an upland hunt. The first option, "Deposit" we will cover later. You must choose one item from one of items 2 through 5--full day or half day field -- guided or unguided. Place the number 1 next to the "add:" box for the option you want, and then click "add selected product(s) to your cart".
3) This will open your shopping cart, and give you the option to pay and leave, but you still haven't chosen a bird package so we must continue. Click on "More Shopping" in the lower left hand corner, and this will take you back to the preserve payment option listings.
4) Now, you will select either:
a) one of the three bird packages (items 6, 7 or 8)
OR
b) Individual Pheasants or Quail a la carte (Items 9 or 10)
OR
c) Some combination of packages and extra birds.
5) For the bird packages, select the number of packages you would like to purchase (typically one, but multiple package purchases are ok too) and add them to your cart as well. Same with the a la carte pheasants and quail.
6) Please keep in mind, that the cart will automatically deduct 20% from your order should it exceed $600 total.
7) Click on "Go To Checkout".
8) Unless you've already registered here, on the payment gateway website, you will need to fill in all of your information. If you represent a company, please enter your firm's name as well. At the bottom it will ask you if you would like to sign up for the newsletter. I would suggest you do, as we will send out special offers from time to time, and only those that have checked the box to receive those email will get them.
9) After you fill out the Registration Info, you will be take to step 2 of the payment process. Here, you will enter your coupon code, if you have one, and in the special instructions box, please enter the date of your hunt and the exact mix of birds (pheasants vs quail) you would like from the packages.
10) Finally, you will be taken to an invoice page, where you can see exactly what you have placed in your cart, and exactly what it will cost with any applicable discounts applied. Click confirm your order, and you will be taken to the secure credit card processing page, where you can pay with paypal on the middle of the screen, or scroll to the bottom to pay with a major credit card without having to sign up for PayPal.
